Smart Ageing is an interactive mobile clinic application (app) designed to help the elderly, their caregivers and family members in going through the ageing process in a smart way. Smart Ageing offers 11 modules covering the most common elderly care topics such as nutrition, constipation, forgetfulness and urinary problems. With this app, you will be able to access relevant information that will make you more equipped and confident to face the challenges in elderly care.

Smart Ageing comes complete with animation and easy-to-understand medical terminologies. It also provides you an access to a secure HIPAA-compliant mobile clinic that will allow you to chat with health professionals on duty via photo/audio/video communication.

Smart Ageing is an initiative of BH Mobile, a subsidiary of Borderless Healthcare Group.

Dr Chan is the Chairman, Board of Directors of Ang Mo Kio – Thye Hwa Kwan Hospital, Chairman of Geylang and Toa Payoh Senior Citizen’s Health Care Centre, Chairman of Medifund Committee of Lion’s Home for Senior Citizens and part of a panel of advisers to PRIME magazine (dedicated to the middle age and seniors in the community). He served on the Specialist Training Committee for Geriatric Medicine in the Ministry of Health, and in the Graduate Medical Studies program for Geriatric Medicine. He is also a Council and Board Member of the College of Physicians Singapore. Dr Chan published many journals in both foreign and local journals and chapters in many books.

Dr Chan is available to chat every Wednesday from 12PM-1PM SGT and Friday 5PM-6PM SGT.
